COMMITMENT TO ENVIRONMENT
The Adelaide Hills Wine Region is one of the most diverse wine regions in Australia in terms of climate, soil and topography. It comprises over 300 members, 90 wine labels and over 50 cellar doors and is acknowledged internationally for its distinctive premium wines, viticulture and scenery, which is reflective of its unique natural environment.
The AHWR Environment Committee is actively supporting the region’s commitment of sustainable winegrowing and wine production, by encouraging all members to continually improve their current practices and to reduce their environmental footprint.
