Donate to the official Adelaide Hills Wine Region Fire Appeal
The Adelaide Hills Wine Region has been overwhelmed by the generosity and offers of support from a huge number of people and businesses following the tragic bushfire that tore through our community over the Christmas period.
To help our local growers and producers and fund immediate recovery efforts, the Adelaide Hills Wine Region has set up a Fire Appeal and is now accepting donations.
For those of you who would like to make a cash donation, please visit the official gofundme page for the Adelaide Hills Wine Region or deposit directly using the following bank details:
Acc Name: Adelaide Hills Wine Region Inc
Please ensure that Fire Appeal and your name and/or business is listed in the transfer description.
If you would like to make a donation to a specific business or individual, please keep an eye on their social media for updates.
As part of fundraising efforts, we are now also set up to accept donations in the form of products, vouchers or experiences.
These will be collected and be included as part of a series of auctions in the coming months (both online and real life).
100% of donations and proceeds from auctions will be directly channelled to affected wine and grower businesses and families in the region.
We are looking for incredible items, experiences and offers:
- Can you donate a dinner at your restaurant?
- Can you spare a few cases of wine?
- How about tickets to an event?
- Accommodation or Tours? Packages or Experiences?
Or please contact us to discuss any high value, once in a lifetime experiences that could be used as major fundraising items.
We invite you to think outside the box and help us to make a real difference in helping the growers and producers of the Adelaide Hills on their path to recovery.
Due to the anticipated generosity, we’d also like to ask that any product, voucher or experience offers are of a reasonable value. Cash donations of any value large or small are welcome and appreciated.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with any queries.
