The Farmed Table x NGERINGA Spring Luncheon
There really is no better time of year to visit the Adelaide Hills than spring! At Ngeringa, the vineyard comes alive with wild green grasses, native weeds and spring shoots and the vegetable garden is bursting with amazing spring produce.
So, to celebrate, we've invited our good mate Brendan Cato of The Farmed Table in Sydney back to NGERINGA to host a long lunch on Sunday 17th November from 12:00 pm (for 12:30pm start).
As well as a set-menu lunch matched with current and back vintage Ngeringa wines, you'll also have the chance to taste some of Brendan and Erinn's new 'Ngarto' collab wine which they made together earlier in the year. The guys have three cuvees from 2019 vintage; a Syrah/Viognier, a light red Field Blend and a skin contact Chardonnay and you'll be able to try them all straight from the tank, unfiltered before they go into bottle.
For those that haven't been to one of our long lunches with Brendan before, it's is a very unique experience as both Brendan and Erinn will be on hand to discuss anything from grapes to produce, growing methods, cooking and, of course, food and wine.
The meal will be generous, vibes will be fun and the wines will be even better. Come and get involved with us!
