Friday Night Braai
We are excited to be bringing back our Friday Night Braai for you to enjoy yet again in 2026. Think gourmet BBQ – on steroids! Why Braai? Our head chef Evert van Niekerk is why. Born and bred in South Africa, Evert carries with him a part of South African culture that has endured for generations, the desire to cook over the open flame. Braai is practically a national sport in South Africa, it is a way of life, it’s a time to gather, share each other’s company. It is generous and always delicious. Braai is an occasion for all to enjoy and perfect for the whole family. This year, we’re also excited to welcome Suburban Brew, serving up a select range of craft beers! We look forward to sharing delicious flavours from the chargrill, live music and all-round good times when you join us by the fire this Winter. |

Fathers Day Music and Picnics with Hannah Margaret - Sunday 6th Sept 1 pm
Pack a picnic and your dad and get ready to spend a fabulous Fathers Day under the majestic candlebark gums! You can be assured you will be in for a fine treat as Hannah Margaret shares an acoustic selection of music you know and love. During this soulful afternoon expect classics from Fleetwood Mac, The Cranberries, Paul Kelly, The Church, Coldplay plus a few touching originals to seal the deal. This will be a great afternoon out, enjoying some of the Hills' finest wines and fabulous music! So get ready to be serenaded by Hannah Margaret, while you relax with your dad and a wine under the gums. No need to worry about the weather, we have you covered! A marquee will be provided if it looks like rain. What a wonderful way to spend Fathers Day with family and friends.
