Fizzology: A Journey Through Traditional Sparkling Winemaking

Join Sean Delaney, winemaker, owner and vigneron in our intimate Sparkling House and discover the art of handcrafting premium sparkling wine using old-world methods.

Hands-On Session Highlights:

- Discover the history of handcrafted methode traditionale sparkling

- Create your own bottle of premium sparkling wine using old world techniques of hand-disgorging, dosaging, and corking

- Take home your personalized bottle and newfound knowledge and appreciation for traditional winemaking

Our annual Pick a Dozen sale is returning to the Cellar Door carpark on Sunday, 8 November, offering you a chance to purchase some fabulous current and back-vintage wines ahead of the holidays at equally fabulous prices! Selections from Tapanappa, Terre à Terre and DAOSA will be available, with special offers on Chardonnay, Cabernet blends and sparkling, and more - all for sale in packs of six. A selection of wines included in the sale will be available for tasting on the day for a small tasting fee of just $5, served in a souvenir tasting glass. So, it's time to clear out your boot and drive on up - our team will be happy to help load your selections into your car. As always, each wine is subject to availability, some with very limited availability, and each is sold on a first-come, first-served basis, so plan to arrive early to avoid disappointment!
