For the first time, we are partnering with the acclaimed Cielo, who will prepare a curated selection of delicious high tea delicacies, each artfully paired alongside a tasting of exquisite DAOSA sparkling wine.

Whether you are celebrating with friends and family, stocking up on your favourite bottles of bubbles ahead of the festive season, or simply taking in the first rays of summer; sip, savour, and sparkle with us in the heart of the Piccadilly Valley.

Wear your Santa hat or something red and celebrate Christmas under the Candlebarks at Sinclair’s Gully, with accomplished artist, pianist, composer, Emma Knights and friends.

Bring along a picnic or nibbles and sing along to all your favourite Christmas carols, as the sun sets and the black cockatoos fly through our towering candlebark forest.

They'll be bringing you all your favourite hits from the 80s and 90s, celebrating Aussie and international legends like Paul Kelly, The Angels, Crowded House, Daddy Cool, The Dandy Warhols, The Verve, David Bowie, The Black Keys, Hunters & Collectors, INXS, Icehouse, The Eels, Dragon, Simple Minds and many more.
