Bring along a picnic or nibbles and sing along to all your favourite Christmas carols, as the sun sets and the black cockatoos fly through our towering candlebark forest. When: Sat 19 December 7.00pm - 8.30pm. Arrive from 6pm to enjoy your picnic as the birds serenade you. Carols start at 7pm Price: $20 an adult, children $5. Hands-On Session Highlights: - Discover the history of handcrafted methode traditionale sparkling - Create your own bottle of premium sparkling wine using old world techniques of hand-disgorging, dosaging, and corking - Take home your personalized bottle and newfound knowledge and appreciation for traditional winemaking Intimate Experience During the session Sean will share our biodynamic vineyard ethos, our commitment to conservation and sustainability practices, aswell as our sparkling journey, where Sean makes every bottle of sparkling by hand in small batches on site.
