Siobhan will captivate you as her emotive voice and harp float through the forest. This will be a wonderful way to spend the afternoon with your Mum! Sunday April 19 & 26 and May 3 & 24. 11am - 12.30pm Join Sean Delaney, winemaker, owner and vigneron in our intimate Sparkling House and discover the art of handcrafting premium sparkling wine using old-world methods. Hands-On Session Highlights: - Discover the history of handcrafted methode traditionale sparkling - Create your own bottle of premium sparkling wine using old world techniques of hand-disgorging, dosaging, and corking - Take home your personalized bottle and newfound knowledge and appreciation for traditional winemaking Intimate Experience During the session Sean will share our biodynamic vineyard ethos, our commitment to conservation and sustainability practices, as well as our sparkling journey, where Sean makes every bottle of sparkling by hand in small batches on site.
