AHWR recently engaged the South Australian Wine Industry Association (SAWIA) to provide professional advice in developing guidance and risk management procedures relating to tour/bus groups at Cellar Doors.

As part of this, Cellar Doors were asked to provide input to a survey to help frame this work which has now been completed by SAWIA.

The purpose of this guidance is to help Cellar Doors better understand and manage the risks associated with tour/bus groups. More information regarding this Draft Policy is below.
