Casa Freschi
Casa Freschi [Est 1998] is an artisan wine-producer who produces organically grown, minimal intervention single-vineyard wines from two vineyards. The ‘Altezza Vineyard’ in Ashton, Adelaide Hills, and the ‘Profondo Vineyard’ in Langhorne Creek. You can experience the wines in its intimate, vigneron-hosted tasting room/wine cellar located in the heart of the Altezza vineyard, Ashton. The vineyard is perched up on the highest slopes of the Mt Lofty Ranges with stunning views. Seasonal wine flights, and wines by the glass or bottle can be accompanied with local cheeses/produce. Current and museum wines are also available to purchase. We look forward to seeing you!
