Mordrelle Wines
Mordrelle Wines is a boutique winery located in Hahndorf about 5 km from the main town. It produces premium sparkling wines 'blanc de blancs' aged long time on lees, red and white varietals from the Adelaide Hills. Martin Moran is our winemaker but he also works in research projects in viticulture and oenology. David Dreckow is the general manager and property owner of the winery. Mordrelle is currently opening its cellar to the public for small groups, only by appointments.
