At The Pawn Wine Co. we’re not driven by regal ambition, but a strong resolve to rescue unique grape varieties from becoming lost as blending tools in the corporate wine game. Winemaker Tom Keelan and Vigneron David Blows made the cool move of identifying sites for their vineyards Springhill & Springdale in the idyllic climate of the Adelaide Hills. From carefully hand selected parcels of fruit, The Pawn wines are made in a style that reflects their origins – truly borne from the vineyard.
