Simon Tolley Wines delivers a wine and cheese tasting experience at his new modern/rustic cellar door. Simon's vineyard management business has been enveloped with a premium wine brand. Vineyard management allows vineyard owners to achieve their most desirable annual objective – delivery of the finest fruit in the best possible condition, whatever the environmental challenges or vintage conditions. Adelaide Hills fruit is in high demand, but its vineyards are challenging to manage because of topography and climate. Simon has been professionally managing vineyards for over 2 decades and enjoys an excellent reputation for delivering ‘best quality’.

    ***SOLD OUT***Join us for a decadent afternoon of wine and chocolate hosted by Marcus Booth-Remmers, the owner and head chocolatier of Red Cacao in Stirling and Simon Tolley, viticulturalist and winemaker. The afternoon will begin at 2pm with guests receiving a complimentary glass of red on arrival along with delicious light savoury refreshments from locally sourced ingredients. The masterclass will take place at 3pm, as guests are guided through a flight of 5 red wines, paired with gourmet chocolate and truffles as Marcus and Simon discuss the techniques used to taste wine and chocolate and why particular pairings have been chosen. We expect the masterclass to conclude around 4pm, with the option for guests to stay and enjoy a glass (or bottle) of red in front of the fire with Simon and Marcus. $75pp..
